Decora Plus® Industrial extra heavy-duty hospital grade duplex straight blade wiring tamper-resistant receptacle. Nylon face and body. Brass triple-wipe line contacts. Brass 10-32 terminal screws. Brass 8-32 grounding screw. Zinc-plated steel clamp nuts. Brass-plated ground clips and steel strap. 1/2 HP rating. Self-grounding. 15 A, 125 V, NEMA-5-15R, 2-pole, 3-wire. Back and side wired. Rated V-2 per UL94 flammability. -40 to 60°C operating temperature. These receptacles are designed and manufactured to withstand the harsh conditions typically associated with industrial environments.
