Liquidtight flexible conduit is similar to our standard type LT but weighs considerably less due to the use of an aluminum inner core instead of steel. Type ALT is often used where weight or corrosive atmospheres are an issue. When comparing identical trade sizes, Type ALT weighs approximately 37% less than type LT. Uses standard liquidtight fittings.
