The Concrete Mat Xpress is one of floor heating manufacturer Flextherm’s flagship products. Designed for standard shaped rooms with little or no obstacles, it’s very easy to install.
🌡️ Self-adhesive backing
One of its great features is its self-adhesive backing, which makes installation quick and easy. Simply unroll it onto the insulation before pouring the concrete.
🌡️ Soft PVC sheath
Flextherm has also improved the product in recent months, using a much softer PVC sheath than before, which makes it much easier to get around obstacles than before, if necessary.
🌡️ Economical
But its best feature is that, for a given surface area, it’s the most economical system to install. This is because the cable is stronger than the cable used for surface installation. Its spacing distance is 6 inches instead of the 3 or 4 inches required for surface installation, which requires less material for the same performance.
